EMERGE Palm Springs presents the next edition of COMMON GROUND, hosted at Palm Springs Somatics inside Kaptur Plaza, just ahead of Modernism Week.

COMMON GROUND is different from our SOCIAL HOURS.

This series brings people together around a shared interest — creating space for connection that feels intentional, natural, and rooted in a common experience.

This isn’t a stand-and-listen kind of night.

No long speeches. No forced networking.

Instead, the experience is shaped by three guided somatic touchpoints woven throughout the event, designed to help you get to know yourself, connect with others, and experience what somatics is all about in a way that feels accessible and approachable. Name tags, thoughtful prompts, and a few special surprises will be part of the experience, so arriving early is encouraged.

Come as you are. Engage in the way that feels most supportive to you.

Everything is optional, grounded, and real.

Expect good people, light bites from On the Mark Fine Food & Provisions, and a thoughtfully designed, alcohol-free atmosphere that encourages you to slow down and reconnect with yourself without losing the social spark. You might even leave with a little less stress, a little more ease, and a stronger sense of presence.

This is a celebration of Palm Springs Somatics and an invitation to experience connection differently.
