At The Sukha Life, everything is arranged before you arrive. Organic herbal chai. A cushioned place to rest. Every detail considered. A soft place to land after a long day.

We’ll begin with grounding breath and guided relaxation before settling into an immersive sound bath created to ease the mental noise and invite the body to soften.

Before you arrive

• Dress comfortably.

• This is a shoes-off experience.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Doors lock promptly when the experience begins. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

• The experience takes place indoors with air conditioning.

• The space is located up one flight of stairs and does not have elevator access.
