Managing Stress in the Workplace
Some stress feels temporary.
Some of it quietly becomes your personality.
For the next IN CONVERSATION, we’re sitting down with Corey Kuhn, a clinical psychologist whose work centers on resilience, performance, stress, and the pressure that comes with trying to hold everything together at once.
Her path into psychology didn’t begin in a classroom. It started as a collegiate athlete, where consecutive ACL injuries forced an unexpected shift in identity and direction, eventually leading her toward understanding the mental side of performance, adaptation, and how people navigate major pivots in life.
Today, Dr. Kuhn works with high-performing individuals ranging from executives and business professionals to athletes and overwhelmed parents, helping them build healthier relationships with stress, pressure, ambition, and success itself through her practice, Dynamic Psych Services.
This conversation will focus on managing stress in the workplace, but realistically, it’ll go beyond that. Burnout doesn’t clock out at 5:00 p.m. anymore. Neither does pressure. We’ll get into the overlap between work, identity, expectations, relationships, and the constant feeling that everyone is somehow supposed to be doing more while staying perfectly balanced.
Expect an honest conversation, thoughtful perspective, and the kind of discussion that usually happens after hours, just finally brought into the room a little earlier.
