Gelato-A-Go-Go felt like the right setting for July. Prosecco to start the night, frozen treats in hand, a live DJ spinning disco through the room, and a welcome break from pretending patio season still makes sense in July.

Consider this an easy night with interesting people — creatives, founders, community builders, good conversationalists, and the occasional person who came “just for one cool taste” and somehow closed the place down. Somewhere between the music, the gelato, and the people in the room, the evening tends to take on a rhythm of its own — disco ball included.

And since summer can be one of the slower seasons for local businesses, we’re encouraging everyone to come down early, stay late, grab dinner nearby, and support the restaurants and shops that keep downtown Palm Springs interesting year-round.
